Ingredients: Unbleached all-purpose flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, nonfat milk, milkfat, soy lecithin, natural flavor), unsalted butter, brown cane sugar, raw cane sugar, sourdough starter (unbleached all-purpose flour [wheat], water), free-range egg, non-GMO cornstarch, vanilla extract (water, alcohol, vanilla bean extractives), aluminum-free baking soda, salt.
Storage
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Do not store in the refrigerator as this may make the cookies dry out and become hard.
Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Allow cookies to come to room temperature in the container before opening.
